Our Luau Philosophy

We believe that every person, entertainer, employee, vendor, and customer is treated with respect and treated as a family member. We have been in business for over 30 years as a Luau Entertainment Company, Hawaiian Caterer, and Luau Props decorator. When we cook on location we can have more flexibility about making great dishes that makes you feel like you at home in Polynesia. When we decorate your event we love to have fun by giving you what you want. We can design your party to be "Traditionally Authentic" or we can decorate your event to have Crazy Tikis for Tiki Lovers looking for more fun. Through out the many years of entertaining over 10,000+ shows in front of millions of people through out the U.S., we have inspired  many to follow our path in life. Our Entertainment Story

We have been entertaining people for many decades and we are proud to say that we have a real store to share. Sometime, in the 40's-80's Luau Entertainment choreographed songs that had a story. There were a few honored Tahitian, Maori, and Hawaiian Masters that preached about dancing, translating your hands, to share your story to the audience. That art is almost lost today as those teachers are resting peaceful in heaven. Back in the days, performers were taught to be the entertainer where people can remember you, we still preach that. We are the very few that still have MC's for our Luau Shows. It's very important to have a good MC that can entertain your audience as the Polynesian Dancers are dressing up in between songs, otherwise, the Luau Show becomes dead with silence. We are a Polynesian Group that choreographs each song with meaning. Some Polynesian Groups have separated themselves to only focus on 1 style of dancing. We are not that group because we believe that our dancers should understand culture and history. This beautiful knowledge that we have acquired for decades has allowed to change our shows every year with new and old songs. Not one Luau Show is alike because all of our clients are different and that is how we entertain.

Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine

Many loves Hawaiian Food because of their beautiful flavors with BBQ. Hawaii and Polynesia are a melting pot of travelers and immigrants. Most of the Polynesian Islands have the influence of Chinese, Japanese, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Filipino, and Local Island Cuisine.

My name is Bill Krenz let me share my passion with cooking.......

I am a Filipino/German/American chef. I grew up with many Aunts and Uncles that taught me their style of cooking. I had the honor to learn from all the best Aunties that fed their families and friends. Hawaiian BBQ has the influence of Shoyu or Teriyaki that flavors the meat that came from Japan. All islands have Fried and Saimin noodles that came from China and Japan. The Filipino farmers introduced their BBQ Skewers and Adobo. The French introduced their food to Tahiti like Poisson Cru and other foods. Portugal introduced the Portuguese Sausage through out all islands. The Polynesian Islands all have a different dish that is Authentic them and I love and admire that.  California has many "Hawaiian Fast Restaurants" and "Poke Stores" but they lack the grassroots of the Island that they represent, so the Luau flavor and dish is lost. When I make Hawaiian Poke, I make flavors that I was inspired by a great chef by the name of Sam Choy. He has a vast knowledge of flavor for Raw Fish. There are ways to make food fun that embraces both Traditional Local Island food with "Local Island Fusion" . That is what I love about Luaus. We can bring together all food into 1 Luau Celebration.
