Dear Bill, Judy and Team:
Your “Luau Production” was absolutely perfect! You delivered beyond our expectations and more importantly, exactly what you said you would deliver and more. Wendy and I really appreciate that when it came down to a choice, you always chose the very best. You did not cut corners on anything. The food, the variety, the quality, and the flavors were excellent. The people who worked the event, from set-up, to servers, to the wonderful husband and wife bartenders, to the outrageously talented musicians, dancers and your beautiful mother were all so kind and really reflected the Aloha island spirit. The props embraced the luau theme. Everyone loved them.
The shaved-ice was a hit with my grandchildren, which as you may gather are very special to me. Thank you for making that suggestion. The Ben & Jerry’s, another Bill suggestion, was a hit with everyone, especially my darling wife. I’m sure their stock will increase on Monday as many of my guests had never tasted Phish Food ice cream.
Most importantly, my wife was surprised and now has a lifelong memory thanks to your hard work. Excellent job Bill and Team!!!! I have continued to receive phone calls, texts and emails all day about a birthday party that will never be forgotten.
We were so fortunate to have found you. I’m already planning my next luau, so get ready. This time at my home when I complete the landscaping. If you ever need a referral, I’m always available for you. Thanks again Bill. You really did a fine job. You should be very proud of your entire Team.
